The Hamburg-based company ‘tesymex’ has opened another site in Berlin. Tesymex offers an electronic system which enables the tamper- proof data transmission of taximeter turnovers. As from 2017, taxi drivers in Germany must make their revenues controllable using tamper-proof taximeter data.
With a presence in Berlin, the intention would be to extend the offer very specifically to Berlin, said tesymex managing director Michael Ströh to Taxi Times. It would be about supporting the taxi companies from the beginning in the transition to the so-called fiscal taximeter and to answer all questions related to this.
In addition, completely new record keeping obligations would apply for taxi companies as from 1 January 2015 in connection with the upcoming minimum wage law. Here, the company also offers solution approaches. The office is located on the grounds of the taxi centre Berlin and is open every two weeks on Tuesdays.
